IMC-Iscar, Tool Flo Manufacturing, Inc. Headquarters, Pearland, TX

New Construction - Wireless

IMC Group purchased Tool Flo Manufacturing (an oil/gas tooling and manufacturing company) and needed a suitable headquarters for their new subsidiary. The 80,000 square foot facility is located in the Spectrum Business Park in Pearland. A complete Trane Air-Fi solution was able to handle seamless control of single zone rooftop units for the warehouse spaces, multi zone rooftop units feeding VAV boxes in the office areas, as well as split systems, exhaust fans, and unit heaters for specialty storage rooms and loading docks.

Convergentz executed this work with Comfort Systems USA South Central as mechanical contractor, and KBD Group as general.
