Retrofit

This project consisted of a project within a project, meaning the base building automation system (BAS) did not have any control over the tenant systems, it was controlled and monitored within the tenant space. Convergentz had the opportunity to secure this project because of our current Brookfield Properties relationship and controls retrofit projects taking place within Houston Centers 1-4.

What makes this project unique is the tenant has full control of this system.

Project Highlights:

BAS controls project included full automation of 40+ fan coil units and tenant building level controller interface.
This project entailed 3-Floor retrofit adding a JACE building level controller as well as complete Distech Niagra control system.
