Setting New Standards: FMC's Global Headquarters

Convergentz was awarded the technology controls and integration project for FMC’s 173 acre Global Headquarters Campus located at Generation Park in Houston. Convergentz will provide interoperability and enterprise-wide controls for multiple buildings and their associated technologies. FMC’s workplace philosophy is to provide a campus environment that is inspiring and to promote collaborative work throughout. This philosophy is even reflected in the way their buildings operate. Their campus has collaborative HVAC, lighting, audio and video, system optimization, fire and life safety, sub metering, and integrated workplace management system technologies.
